BANKRUPTCY:
Since the FRAUD has
been exposed, RITESH property can go BANKRUPT any time.
If Ritesh property owes you
money, recover it as soon as possible.
If you have bought SHARES of Ritesh property then sell these soon.
There may be a loss due to price drop.
If you have bought plot of land from Ritesh property in instalments,
stop paying the instalments. The plot will stay with you.
If you are the tenant of Ritesh property, stop paying the rent.
Ritesh property cannot evict you or take legal action.
Banks are requested not to give LOAN to Ritesh Property or
Ritesh Industries Limited Ludhiana. If there is a LOAN already,
withdraw it as soon as possible. Your money is at risk.
In the year
1994, by fraudulent means, Ritesh Industries Limited Ludhiana, gained the
allotment of 40 acres of village Mundian Khurd's land from the Government of
Punjab.
The land was
allotted to Ritesh Industries on some terms and conditions, such as: 1) The
land shall be used for industrial purpose only and further sale of plots shall not
be permitted, 2) In case Ritesh Industries fails to abide by any of the
conditions, the land along with structure raised on it, shall be resumed by the
Government without assigning any reason in writing and paying any compensation
for such resumption. Proof of this
fact: Letter Dated
22/04/1994 from Directorate of Industries, Punjab, Chandigarh to M/s Ritesh
Industries. Also 'Ritesh Industries Terms and Conditions' BOND dated 13/11/1996. But contrary to the terms, Ritesh Industries illegally sold plots of land and
made fake registries.
In the year
1998, the fraud of allotment was exposed.
Honourable High Court cancelled this allotment
on 17/04/1998 and 8 months later (on 17/12/1998), dispossessed/rejected Ritesh Industries
from the 40 acres. Proof of this fact: Civil Writ Petition No.6003 of 1995. D/d 17/04/1998. (Available online). This proof can be obtained from any computer.
Ritesh Industries appealed against this cancellation order of the Honourable
High Court but the appeal was dismissed. Proof of this fact:
L. P. A. Nos. 289, 283 to 285, 275, 286 and 347 of 1998. D/d 18/05/1999.

Ritesh
Industries failed to regain the allotment of 40 acres.
The land became
vacant.
In the year
2006, another company, (M/s Krishna Infrastructure project), a friend of the
dispossessed/rejected owners of Ritesh Industries, applied to Directorate of
Industries & Commerce, Punjab, Chandigarh, to build Mega Project, but this
application was REJECTED. Proof of this
fact: Letter dated 12/04/2006 from Directorate of
Industries & Commerce, Punjab, Chandigarh, to M/s Ritesh Industries
Limited. Reason for
rejection of the application: Money SCAM of Ritesh Industries.
In the year
2007, the dispossessed/ rejected owners
(who were expelled from the land)
of Ritesh Industries came back with a new name on
their forehead. Without the
permission of any authority, they started their activities in about 30 acres.
The name of the new company they invented: Ritesh
Properties and Industries Limited Ludhiana. Despite the rejection of the
application, they started building the Mega Project, i.e. HAMPTON COURT
BUSINESS PARK, BEST PRICE MODERN WHOLESALE STORE, etc.
The invention
of the name 'Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited Ludhiana' is a GIMMICK
and it is NOT a 'name change' of Ritesh Industries. 'Ritesh Properties' is a
new company formed in the year
2007, not
inheritor of Ritesh Industries. Their 'Certificates of Incorporation' should be
checked.
The allotment of Ritesh Industry has been cancelled and there is no
allotment, jamabandi FARAD, registry or ownership title in the name of
Ritesh Property. This means that neither of the two companies has any
right on the land. Proof of this fact:

Ritesh Property Company is a bunch of lies.
On 18/07/2013, Honourable High Court directed Principal Secretary to
Government of Punjab, Department of Industries, to release the land
that cannot be utilized for a public purpose, to its original owners.

The land of
village Mundian Khurd has not been used for public purpose and a devil company (Ritesh Properties) is doing its
devilry in about 30 acres of land i.e. illegally selling plots, making fake
registries, building BEST PRICE STORE, building HAMPTON COURT BUSINESS PARK, etc.
If your land is stuck in the Hampton Court Business Park then you can
get your land back along with compensation, by reporting it to the
Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, in writing.
If you have bought a plot through fake registry of Ritesh property,
then you can get back your money with interest/expenses/compensation
by reporting it to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, in writing.
The easiest way to test the genuine or fake registry: obtain the FARAD,
if the letters of the farad are red, then the registry is fake.
Remember, the red colour of the photo copy also looks black.
On 13/01/2016, in an investigation into the money and land SCAM,
the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (SEBI),
sentenced the Ritesh property and its owners to three years of restraint.
SEBI restrained the following from accessing the securities market and
further prohibited them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in
securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities
market in any manner, whatsoever, for the period as mentioned in the
following table :-
